How TNHS students can apply for their work permits during the

Summer from June 3rd - August 6th 2024

• Fill out the top section with your information. Do not forget to include a phone number and your social security number.

• The employer will fill out and sign the middle section

• Then your parent/guardian will need to sign/date it.

• Take a picture of the completed work permit application and email it to lmorrow@jeffersonunion.net

• If you have any questions, please contact Lory Morrow at (650) 550-7671.

• Once issued the work permit (can take up to 48 hours), it will be emailed back to back to you.

• You will need to sign the work permit, before handing it to your employer.
