Notice of Change to Attendance Requirements During Distance Learning 

Update to Bell Schedule Beginning Monday March 29th, 2021

1. Beginning at 9am on Monday March 29th, each school day, all students will be required to Zoom in each day to their first period class.  Teachers will use part of this time to check-in with you, answer any questions, and discuss your academic standing, among various other things. Once the period has ended, you will continue to your assigned cohort schedule.  For example, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, both cohorts will log into their first period Zoom class.  Cohort A will continue in Zoom classes for the remainder of the day on Mondays and Thursdays (Cohort B will exit Zoom and continue with asynchronous learning Mondays and Thursdays).  Cohort B will continue in Zoom classes for the remainder of the day on Tuesdays and Fridays (Cohort A will exit Zoom and continue with asynchronous learning Tuesdays and Fridays).

2. Wednesday is the same as before and as in Quarter 3.  Each Wednesday, all students will log into the THS Whole School Google Classroom first and complete a short survey in order to document their attendance and their progress on asynchronous work for that day (students will also receive an email to complete the Wednesday attendance form). Complete the survey by 1pm each Wednesday. 

Students, please check in with your homeroom teachers if you have questions about the bell schedule.
