JUHSD Process and Procedures for Verification of Warrants or Subpoenas
Per Board Policy, all requests regarding warrants or subpoenas, except for law enforcement with exigent circumstances (requiring immediate action - such as terrorism or imminent risk of death), must be reviewed by the Superintendent or designee for verification.
