    Prepare to reskill for the 21st century workforce. Explore career disciplines and technologies required to succeed in the age of automation. Identify, develop and match your talents and strengths with the workforce skills and lifelong learning opportunities needed for career study and personal fulfillment. 

    Develop critical thinking strategies to work in teams and to solve problems in the workplace. Understand what is required to promote employment readiness, retention and advancement.
