Athletic Update
The safety and security of our students and staff is a top priority. Consequently, the JUHSD Board has put athletic conditioning on hold. They will re-assess this decision in 30 days.
Also, if you have not completed your on-line registration (Sportsnet), please do so. Your current physical must also be uploaded to your account. Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any questions, please email Athletic Director Mr. Falabella at jfalab@juhsd.net

Extension of Eligibility Form
We understand that our health system is overwhelmed at this time. Typically, physician examinations provide clearance for 12 months and are therefore required on an annual basis for ongoing student-athletes. However, physicians may extend their clearance of the athlete based on previous examinations, physicals, or other interactions with the student athlete.

Commencing with the 2015-2016 school year and every year thereafter, each public elementary and secondary school, including each charter school, that offers competitive athletics, shall publicly make available at the end of the school year all of the following information:
- The total enrollment of the school, classified by gender.
- The number of pupils enrolled at the school who participate in competitive athletics, classified by gender.
- The number of boys’ and girls’ teams, classified by sport and by competition level.
Schools shall make the information identified above publicly available by posting it on the school’s website. If the school does not maintain its own website, the school can submit the information to its school district or charter operator to have the information posted on the district’s or operator’s website; the information shall be disaggregated by school site. “Competitive athletics” means sports where the activity has coaches, a governing organization, and practices, and competes during a defined season, and has competition as its primary goal.
