    The health and safety of your child is of the utmost importance to us. Jefferson Union High School District is committed to providing a safe, and clean learning environment for students. 

    It is our goal to keep parents, and family members informed regarding current health information and evidence based practices, district policy related to Immunization Requirements, and student Medication Administration regulated by Califonria law, and Education Code; as well as, helpful information about potential hazards, Cardiac Health, Teen Health Topics, where to find Free Health Clinics, School Health Forms, accessible healthcare for California residents, and much more. 

    For additional information or for questions regarding health forms or requirements, please contact the District Nurse. For students in need of health services at the school sites, please contact the Health Aide or Vice Principal at your school.
