Notice is hereby given that a vacancy of the Jefferson Union High School District Governing Board was created by the resignation of Trustee Martin Cho, effective January 13, 2026. LaSaundra Gutter was provisionally appointed to the governing board at a regular Board meeting held on March 10, 2026. Unless a petition calling for a special election pursuant to Education Code 5091, containing a sufficient number of signatures, is filed in the office of County Superintendent of Schools within 30 days of the date of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment.
