Employee Evaluations
Employee evaluations are a tool to support continuous improvement. The District utilizes a variety of evaluation tools to meet the needs of employees. To explore the different negotiated tools and evaluation forms, please click the links below.

Evaluat'd
All of our employee evaluation forms are stored in the electronic evaluation platform, evaluat'd. Evaluat'd utilizes single-sign on with an employee's @jeffersonunion.net email account. Once logged in, the evaluat'd dashboard includes helpful resources such a training videos and links to all previous electronic evaluations.
When a supervisor completes an evaluation, evaluat'd will send an email notification to an employee.
- Employee E-Sign: A step-by-step guide to support employees with signing their evaluation is available here. The employee signature, only confirms that the employee has seen the evaluation. The employee signature does not constitute agreement with the evaluation. All employees have the right to submit a response with their evaluation.
- Administrator E-Sign: A step-by-step guide to support administrators with the two-step process of releasing evaluations to be viewed by employees and signed is available here.
Evaluation Cycles
Certificated and classified evaluation cycles vary depending upon the employee's status (probationary v. permanent/tenured) and number of years with the district.
