• Mandatory Site Visit - all respondents must attend an informational meeting on APRIL 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at 699 Serramonte Blvd, Daly City. Presentation - List of Attendees
• Questions and requests for clarification were to be submitted by 4:00 P.M. on April 18, 2022. Answers to submitted questions
• Submissions - JUHSD is postponing the Due Date of the Proposals by one week. The revised Proposal Deadline is 4:00 p.m. on May 23. Please click here for submission instructions. Notification of Developer Teams that have been selected for the upcoming interviews will made no later than June 3. Development Team interviews will be held on June 16^th, so please reserve this date should you be selected. The date now anticipated for the Selection Committee Recommendations to the Board of Trustees, and vote to approve, is also postponed one week, from June 21 to June 28, 2022.

ADDEDNUM #1 (Dated 5.10.2022) to the Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Development of Serramonte Del Rey Parcel C Affordable Housing issued March 18, 2022.

This Addendum reflects:

1. The revised due date for the Developer submittal, and revisions to additional dates in the selection process, including the date for developer team interviews.
2. Incorporation of responses to the written questions received through the RFP portal through April 18.
3. Incorporation of responses to questions asked during the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Developer Conference on April 1, 2022.
