Jefferson Union High School District is more than just your next workplace – We are your next home.

We’ve been featured on Good Morning America and the CBS Evening News for our commitment to the people that make up the JUHSD team. Our motto of Excellence through Equity extends to our people. JUHSD recognized in 2018 that we had to keep our best people in our district to continue to be the premier learning community for students. The Jefferson Union High School District’s Educational Housing Corporation oversees the operations of the building and was born out of the idea of keeping our talented people and attracting educators; we needed to remove barriers.

One of the biggest challenges to our mission was affordable places to live.

We turned that challenge into one of California's, and the nation's, first educator housing projects.
