    New and Returning Parents/Guardians/Students

    Here is your 2018-2019 Enrollment Checklist! By now you should have received an email from the district with very important information and required steps on how to create your ParentVue Account. As a reminder, ParentVue online registration must be completed by all families by no later than 3:00 p.m. July 21, 2018.

  • Orientation Dates - Class Schedules, Pictures and more

    • All freshman and/or transfer students must bring proof of a their most recent TB results received within the last year to orientation in order to pick up their schedule.
    • ALL students must bring the following documents on their assigned orientation dates in order to receive their schedules: (all coming soon)
      • Student/Parent Acknowledgment form to orientation
      • Emergency Contact Information Form
      • Medication/Health Forms
    • 9th Grade: August 1: 8am-12noon (Parents welcome, lunch provided, tours, club info)
    • 10th Grade: August 2: 9am to 12noon
    • 11th Grade: August 2: 1pm to 3 pm
    • 12th Grade: August 1: 1pm to 3 pm
    • Make-up Orientation (if you can't make it with your class) August 3: 10am -12pm

  • Student IDs

    For safety purposes, all students must have their photo taken for school records and wear or have their current student IDs available at all times. School pictures/IDs will be taken on the students assigned registration day.

  • Parking Pass (application coming soon)

    Student Parking Permit Guidelines:

    • Parking on campus is a privilege. Only students with parking permits may park in the visitors/student lot ONLY.
    • Parking privileges can be revoked at any time.
    • Students who park without a permit on campus will receive a ticket. All fines accrued must be paid before the student receives his/her diploma.
    • Applications can be picked up from Ms. Enriquez in the main office.

    Senior Portraits

    • By now you should have received your senior’s appointment schedule directly from LifeTouch photography. Appointments have been set for
      • June 25-June 27

    If you are not able to make your appointment time in June, LifeTouch will begin scheduling for September 17th and September 18th in late August. If that appointment time does not work for you, you can reschedule through their app or by calling 877-825-7922.

  • Summer Assignments

    If your child is enrolled in AP classes, your student is required to complete their assignments before the first day of classes on August 9, 2018.

  • Jefferson High School Discipline Policies

    Please discuss the policies and procedures with your students. Please be sure to return the signed Student/Parent Acknowledgment Form included with the policies. Please note that students will not receive their schedule without receipt of the signed form

  • Brunch/Lunch Program

    • All students must present their ID card to purchase or receive lunch/brunch from the cafeteria.
    • Vending machine use is limited and restricted to certain hours according to federal guidelines
    • Students may not have food delivered by order delivery services such as, but not limited to, Uber Eats, GrubHub, Door Dash. For safety purposes, all food delivered on campus for students will be confiscated and held until the end of the school day.
    • Parents/Guardians who wish to drop off food for students MUST bring the food to the main office. You may NOT hand students food/items from the car in the parking lot.
  • Back-to-School Night

    Please join us on Tuesday, August 28th at 6:30. You will have a chance to meet your child’s teacher and learn about their classes! We can’t wait to see you there!
