Synergy Unavailable
Description
Dear JUHSD Staff,
Due to a system upgrade we will be performing next week, Synergy will be unavailable during the Labor Day weekend.
Plan on not being able to use the system from 12am on Saturday, September 3rd, 2016 until Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 12am. Please save all you work before 12am on Saturday morning as we cannot ensure any data entered after that will be saved.
Note: This upgrade changes the GUI (the look and feel) of Synergy for the SIS users mostly; this includes support staff and administrators. There are a few graphical changes for teachers but this should not impact their abilities to take attendance or use their gradebook.
For Support Staff:
Please review the following video, which helps get you oriented to the new Synergy SIS, by logging into your district google account and clicking the following link; Synergy Orientation Link. (Please be aware that unless you log into youtube using your @jeffersonunion.net account you will not be able to view the video).
For Teachers: There is nothing you need to do unless you are actively using the SIS portion of Synergy, in which case you will want to view the video link above.
If you are having troubles navigating the new interface of Synergy, please contact the data processing department at 650-550-7935.

Important Details

Instructions for logging into your JUHSD google account:
1). Please go to www.google.com,
2). Click on the Sign In link on the top right of the screen
3). When it asks for your user name please type in (your district username)@jeffersonunion.net and click next.
4). When it asks you for your password, please use your district password and click log in.
