Dear Parent/Guardian,
Welcome back to the 2012-2013 school year. I hope you had a very pleasant summer.
In order to process your child’s application rapidly, before school starts, we suggest you return the application before registration. This will guarantee processing before the start of the school year. Please write down ALL Children and ALL living in the household. You only need to fill out 1 application per household for those attending our school district. Foster children and their income can go on the same application.
Please note, if the application is returned incomplete or incorrect, it will be returned to you to be corrected. Or you will have to submit a new application. You only need to fill in the last 4 numbers of your SS# and if you do not have a SS# please write “none” do not leave the section blank!

This is the most convenient way to pay for school meals
(and it helps speed up the lunch lines)
A few tips:
- Using the prepay system you will be assured that your child will be getting lunch and breakfast
- Only Credit Cards and Personal Checks will be accepted in the prepay system program
- We do not make change for $20.00 dollar bills
- If your child plans to buy lunch using a $20 bill, the entire $20 will be added to the Prepay System, and your child may access the remaining amount for food purchases until the funds are all used up. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- We can note on any student account that the funds can be used for only Lunch or Breakfast, and not any other items, if you so desire.
